Hindus celebrate the return of the Hindu God Rama to his kingdom after 14 years in exile. KARNATAKA RAJYOTSAVA is celebrated on 1 November of every year. This was the day in 1956 when all the Kannada language-speaking regions of South India were merged to form the state of Karnataka.
The day of festivity began with lighting of the lamp by respected Principal Mrs. Vamsheepriya Amar, along with Academic Coordinator Mrs. Komala K, Mont. In charge Mrs. Nalini and Kannada faculty Mrs. Padmashree N C. All the teachers were dressed up in their best of ethnic, following a colour code- yellow or maroon. All the students and teachers were brought together through physical presence to celebrate, where respected Principal Mrs. Vamsheepriya Amar addressed all the students to convey her greetings. All the students were dressed up beautifully in red and yellow colour. It was a fun-filled and great learning experience for the students.
