Assembly Activity at MVJIS

Date:Feb 14, 2024

School assemblies are an excellent way for children to learn more about their school, culture, and values. During the morning assembly, students gather in one location, either in the school hall or on the grounds, to pray, receive instructions, and hear the news. School assemblies are more than merely meeting in one location and making announcements. It offers an opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and develop a sense of belonging to something larger than oneself. Students and principals occasionally offer lectures on a variety of themes.

At MVJIS, the goal of holding school assemblies is as follows:

  • To develop a sense of solidarity and association among students.
  • To clarify school activities and programmes.
  • To help students develop their communication and leadership skills.
  • Encourage pupils to share their own stories and experiences.
  • To aid in the moral growth of students.
